I build AI measurement systems and the analysis behind them. CitePulse.ai is my platform. It asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the questions buyers ask, and records who gets cited and which sources sit behind the answer. Tens of thousands of answers become numbers a business can act on. I designed it, I build it, and I run every analysis myself.

Most of my work is putting AI to use inside companies and automating the processes around it. Data gets monitored on its own, processed on its own, and lands as a report nobody had to assemble by hand. CitePulse runs that way. So does MeetFlow, which turns a meeting recording into a structured report inside the customer’s own workspace.

Before that I spent twenty years running large operations: teams of up to 160 people and launches of new technologies and production lines. As engagement manager and lead in Shanghai and Brazil I moved whole processes between sites. Project management, budgets, KPIs and building organisations from scratch are the habits I brought with me. They’re why every number on this site has a method behind it, and why I publish the results even when they’re zero.

What I built

  • CitePulse.ai: an AI citation audit and monitoring platform. So far it’s run 154 free audits and 26 full audits on 94 companies (our own records, 22 September 2026). We measure our own site every day and publish how every number is computed. Fact Integrity, the Action Center with its noise band, AI bot logs, the search trace and a full data export are all in the product.
  • MeetFlow: turns a meeting recording into a structured report in minutes. It runs inside the customer’s own Google Workspace with their own AI key, so no server of ours ever sees the audio. It’s a GeoFlow brand, sold as a one-time licence.
  • SharpSchema: a facts-and-schema layer for websites. I’ve been building it since spring 2026 and the report on how it’s built, the roadmap and the stack are published. Early access runs through CitePulse.

Sites designed to be read by machines

citepulse.ai is its own proof. Every item below is live and checkable:

One honest line goes with that list. Machine readability is hygiene, not a citation lever. Our own site passes every check, and it was still cited zero times on 351 category answers in September 2026 (I wrote it up here). The pages that do get cited are mostly other people’s.

Publications

Articles on this blog, newest first. Each one carries its sources and, where we measured something, the data behind it.

First published on LinkedIn: How to Get ChatGPT to Recommend Your Business and You Can’t Buy AI Citations. The product’s changes are logged in What changed in CitePulse, September 2026.

How I work

  • I measure before I advise. The same frozen questions, every week, three runs per engine, compared against the engines’ own noise.
  • I publish the zeros. If our own site scores nothing, that number goes on the research page with the date.
  • I don’t guarantee citations. Nobody outside the engines can, so nobody honest sells them.
