What it costs to monitor your visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI

Short answer. Monitoring costs $89, $169 or $349 a month depending on engines and features, and every plan runs weekly. Before that: a free audit (no card, no signup) and, if you want the deeper version, a $39 one-time Full Audit (+$9 per extra service area). There are no usage fees inside a plan; the only extras are listed in section 3. Cancel any month.

"ChatGPT" in the product means the GPT-4o model family accessed through OpenAI's API with web search (currently gpt-4o-mini), not the consumer app. Google AI Mode answers are read as an additional source on monitoring plans since 8 September 2026. 3. Extras and what is not charged
- Full Audit extra service areas: $9 each beyond the first two.
- Scale, client domains above 10: $30 per client domain per month. Flagged in the agency dashboard before it is billed.
- Not charged: alerts, bot logs, Fact Integrity checks, Action Center, own questions within the caps, the public methodology and noise data, Auto-Fix files (schema, llms.txt, robots) from the free audit.
- Done-for-you implementation is a separate service, quoted per scope after the audit: AI Visibility Setup.
4. Billing, invoices, cancellation
- Payments by card through Stripe. Currency USD or EUR, chosen at checkout.
- Every payment gets a VAT invoice issued by GeoFlow Solutions Marcin Gamża, NIP 6381506247, Rudołtowice, Poland. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge.
- Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Cancel from the Stripe billing portal (dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription); access runs to the end of the paid month. Rules: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The one-time Full Audit is delivered as an HTML and PDF report, usually within minutes; refund terms for a delivered audit are in the same policy.
5. What you are buying, and what you are not
You buy measurement and a fix loop: the same buying questions asked to the same engines every week, the sources they cite, what changed, and a before/after read against the engines' own day-to-day noise. You do not buy a citation. No one can guarantee one; we say so in the disclaimer and we publish our own zero in the research study.
