How do I report AI visibility to agency clients?

With CitePulse Scale ($349 a month, up to 10 client domains) each client domain gets weekly monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok, and you deliver a white-label HTML/PDF report per client with your agency name, logo and colours, plus an optional 'AI Verified' badge per client. An API (Bearer key) returns each client's source-presence score and badge status for your own dashboards. Client domains above 10 cost $30 a month each.

What does the white-label report contain?

The same report a direct customer gets, under your branding: AI Reputation Score per engine, the buying questions asked and which ones cite the client, the competitors recommended instead, the cited source pages (with door A/B classification), Fact Integrity drift, the Action Center before/after read and the technical checks. Can I export the data?

Per-client HTML and PDF reports download from the agency dashboard; the API returns source presence and badge status as JSON; the client's approved brand facts export as a signed JSON feed. A raw CSV export of every answer is not in the product yet; ask if you need it.

Short answer. On the Scale plan ($349 / month, €329) you add up to 10 client domains; each gets its own weekly monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok. You hand every client a white-label HTML/PDF report with your agency name, logo and colours, an optional "AI Verified" badge, and, if you build your own dashboards, an API key that returns each client's source presence and badge status. 1. What a client report looks like

It is the same report a direct customer receives, under your branding. Sections, in order:

AI Reputation Score (0–100) per engine and composite, this week vs last, with the engines' own noise band so a 3-point wobble is not sold as a win.
The buying questions asked (5 from the audit + up to 30 of the client's own), and for each: named, cited or absent, per engine, 3 repetitions.
Who the engines recommend instead: competitor domains by question.
Source Intelligence: the pages the engines actually cite, split into door A (the client's own page can win) and door B (third-party pages win), with the top third-party pages named.
Fact Integrity: the client's approved facts (prices, metrics, features) vs what the engines and the web say; drift flagged with severity.
Action Center: what was changed, when, and the before/after per question and engine against the noise band.
Technical checks and the AI bot logs if the client connected Cloudflare or uploaded a log file.

$349 / month includes 10 client domains; each further domain $30 / month, flagged in the dashboard before billing.
Per client domain: up to 30 own questions, 30 approved facts, 30 active experiments, weekly runs, about 1,500 measured answers a month, full AI bot logs.
Engines per client: ChatGPT (GPT-4o family via API), Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok; Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode read as sources.

4. What is not included, honestly

No guaranteed citations. We measure and we show the levers; the engines decide. Our own domain scores zero on its category questions and we publish it.
No raw CSV export of every answer, yet. HTML/PDF reports, the API and the signed facts feed are the exports today. Tell us if the raw table matters to you.
No custom domain for the dashboard. Your clients see your logo, name and colours in the reports; the dashboard itself runs on citepulse.ai.
Implementation of fixes is a separate, quoted service (AI Visibility Setup) or your own team's work using the Action Center and Draft Studio blocks.
