1. Purpose of this disclaimer

This Product Disclaimer applies to CitePulse, operated by GeoAI Solutions LLC (trading as GeoFlow) ("CitePulse", "we", "us"), and to all scores, reports, dashboards, alerts and other outputs produced by the service (collectively, "Results"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

2. Results are informational only

The Results are provided for general, informational purposes to help you understand how AI assistants responded to certain queries about a business at the time of testing. They are observations and measurements, not promises, predictions or assurances of any future outcome.

3. No guarantee of citations or results

CitePulse does not guarantee that any AI assistant will cite, mention, rank or recommend your business, that your scores will improve, or that any particular commercial outcome will follow from using the service or acting on the Results. Whether and how an AI assistant cites a business depends on many factors outside our control, including the design and behaviour of third-party AI models, their training data and updates, third-party content on the web, and the queries users actually ask.

4. AI output is variable and may be inaccurate

AI model outputs are probabilistic and change over time. The same query can produce different answers on different occasions, and AI models can produce incorrect, outdated or fabricated statements ("hallucinations"). The Results reflect responses observed at the moment of testing only and may differ from what an AI assistant returns at another time or for another user. Where the Results report a statement made by an AI model, that report describes what the model said and is not an endorsement or confirmation of its accuracy.

5. Not professional advice

The Results do not constitute legal, marketing, financial, investment or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own decisions. You should seek qualified professional advice before acting on the Results.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to audit any domain you submit, and for how you use the Results. Implementing recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and the Results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Our liability in connection with the service and the Results is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
